¡Hola! I´m Graciela!

I¨m from México City,  I´m 40 years old, mother of a 10 years old boy and this is a brief story of my professional life.

When I had to chose my profesional career, I chose it because I found that was a career that was giving me the opportunity of  developed my own business by creating clothes and administrate it. As a professional of the dress industry they taught us marketing, accounting, administration, process of manufacture, design, and others...  During college I used to create uniforms for advertising of different  brands and  I worked coordinating models for promotions.

After I finished college I moved to Playa del Carmen, looking for a better quality of life  and right after hurricane Wilma hit us I started my job with Bric Vacation rentals, where we started administrating around 10 properties; but based on an effort of a great team, we got to manage around 125 properties in four years,  all the properties were own by different owners. We became the best company in town for property management and vacation rentals.

My life changed  when I got married and I got divorced and decided to moved back to Mexico City, Opening an industrial Laundry where we were washing 3.5 tons a day for hospitals; after the company was running 100% I opened with the same group a Pharmaceutical and logistic company, where we used to work for the Government of Mexico State;  we sold it  in 2019 and now it  is one of the biggest companies working for different States of Mexico.

After that,  I worked for mudafy; which is an start up company, a Protech of real estate; I was the second employee and the first one closing an operation in México in quarantine time, by whatsapp, I also  helped them getting more than 10,000 properties on their platform and alliances with over 200 real estate agencies in Mexico City.  Nowadays  we keep working together  and helping each other.

As a booker I used to chose the models and do the castings for the clients, which were banks, motor companies, licor brands etc...

Been so young I used to help in everything I could helped, so sometimes I was getting involved on payments, managing promotions, costumer service, etc...

As a director of operations I used to worked as it was my company, I was getting new properties to manage, looking after the staff of cleaning and maintenance; making sure the properties were always looking as new!!! For sometime I used to be the concierge for the guests that we were hosting, and this is when I realized that there are a lot of properties and hotels that could be even nicer than some of ours, but if we wanted to succeed and get them back and suggest us with family and friends was by giving and extraordinary service.... " By making them feel like coming home".

By working with Bric I also had the chance to get involved of the administration of the mexican company, employees, taxes, licenses; and after some years we also managed a little hotel " the Bric Hotel" located on 28st between 5th and 10th Ave.

I was also involved on the accounting of each .property, making sure payments of CFE. HOA, Internet services and others were done.

It was a wonderful job; but we were growing a lot and my life was changing at that time...

2012-2015

I had to create an industrial laundry operating within 2 months.

I had to find special machines that works with ozone in order to get a big contract for washing the laundry of several hospitals.

I had to hire and coordinate the training of more than 60 people, create the logistic to get the laundry from the hospitals, make ,sure the laundry was not getting stole, charge if so... make sure the cleaning cicles were the right ones for the usage of the cleaning products, repairs of the machines and storage of the laundry, costumer service, etc....

Once the laundry was working 100% I moved to a new project; because the area where the laundry was located was really dangerous, and the people were thinking that I was the owner; so I had the risk of been kidnaped.

i was 50% partner on the company, I used to be involved on the purchased of the medicines and pharmaceutical supplies, distribution, getting new contracts for the company, and developing strategies for taxes.

On 2019 we sold the company and I kept working for them for a year, now Medalfa is one of the biggest companies working for different states in México.

I opened a clothing store for women in Mexico State, the mall where the store was brand. new and they never got to knew how to manage it; so most of the companies that we opened it that little mall we had to closed; because there was not enough people visiting the mall.

We started operations at the same time of the pandemia; but even though I helped getting more than 10,000 properties on their website, I sold their first property on a call;  and as they say I helped them on their succeed
